Looking for a great multitool

I like the looks of that first one, reminds me of the original Leatherman PST, but those are a pain because you have to open it all the way to get to any of the tools inside it. The 2nd one lets you get to the knife without opening it, which is my favorite way of doing it. I've been carrying a Leatherman Wingman every day for a while now and can't fault it, the knife is on the outside, the pliers are spring-assisted return, the tools all do their job properly, and the scissors are useless just like every set of scissors in a knife. I wish they'd just put in a 2nd knife blade, but I'll just ignore it. My favorite thing is that it has a pocket clip rather than a belt-case. I don't wear a belt 100% of the time, and even if I did, threading on a multitool case makes me feel like an old man, a gigantic nerd (granted), or like I'm putting on a batman utility belt. I feel like it looks weird, but maybe that's just me. The wingman is only like $25 but I've beat on it pretty good with no issues.
