dm_meadowmatch (Port of Meadow Match Zone from Sonic Robo Blast 2)

So this may seem like a bit of an oddball, but I decided to port one of the maps from Sonic Robo Blast 2's Match Gametype to TF2Classic's Deathmatch Mode, just to see how much it breaks when it's dragged into another engine.

This should (in theory) have all the required assets packed into the BSP, it did when I tried it on my system, but I've being unable to verify that theory on another system due to Source's weirdness when installing mods on external drives. Also, I've not being able to play this against other people, so it may be an unbalanced, horribly broken mess.
