Alright this thread will simply be for patchnotes for Elder Scrolls Online, starting with the latest update

FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS

ALLIANCE WAR
General

  • Fixed an issue where siege weapons in Cyrodiil could have odd behavior after a crash.
CRAFTING & ECONOMY
General

  • Fixed an issue where the game could crash when selling items to a vendor.
  • Hireling goodie bags are no longer tradeable.
DUNGEONS & GROUP CONTENT
General

  • Edited the names for a number of items found in dungeons.
  • Sheogorath's Tongue: The cave boss now respawns at an appropriate rate.
  • Elden Hollow: Chokethorn will now always agro you when he is engaged.
  • Veteran Darkshade Caverns: Boss: The Engine Guardian's green phase now triggers properly.
Dark Anchors

  • Fixed an issue where the anchor could become stuck when a large group engages it.
  • Dark Anchors now properly reset back to their correct state when nobody is around.
MISCELLANEOUS
General

  • Fixed an issue where guild members with deposit only permissions could not deposit into the guild bank.
  • Fixed an issue where you were unable to mount your horse if you went to a new area while already mounted.
QUESTS
General

  • Fixed an issue that occurred within a number of areas where you could knock other players or monsters out of the world.
Auridon

  • Frog Racing has been outlawed, and the quest is currently disabled. Race organizers vow to petition the queen for their return.
  • Wishing wells have been removed from Skywatch.
  • Sever All Ties: High Kinlady Estre should now always appear when she should.
  • In The Name of the Queen: Colanwe should no longer get stuck and block quest progression.
  • Rites of the Queen: Queen Ayrenn should no longer get stuck and block quest progression.
  • The Mallari-Mora: Uricantar will no longer instantly respawn.
Deshaan

  • Challenge the Tide: You can no longer repeatedly summon Gruznak.
Glenumbra

  • The Ghosts of Westtry: Fixed an issue so "Listen to Rosalind and Leon's Discussion" now properly completes and advances the quest.
  • Reclaiming the Elements: Each of you is now able to open a portal and advance the quest.
  • Mastering the Talisman: Gabrielle now always spawns near her tree.
  • Champion of the Guardians: If a monster that is defending the Wyresses gets stuck, it will now reset properly and advance the quest.
  • Reclaiming the Elements: Fixed an issue that was causing the quest to break when abandoned.
  • Wolves in the Fold: Refugees should now properly transform into werewolves as intended.
Grahtwood

  • Unsafe Haven: Jeer-Tei should now always now spawn on the boat.
  • Unsafe Haven: The ritual hostiles should now always spawn.
Greenshade

  • Handmade Guardian: The Bosmer are no longer interested in the sport fighting of lurchers.
  • Frighten the Fearsom: The Kollopi Essence disguise no longer works in Cyrodiil.
  • Retaking the Pass: You should now be able to get credit for closing the rifts during the "Close the Shadow Rifts" step.
Mages Guild

  • Long Lost Lore: Fixed an issue where you couldn’t always use the portal at the end of Cheesemonger's Hollow.
Main Quest

  • Castle of the Worm: Overwhelming Power is now properly removed from you.
Rivenspire

  • Shornhelm Divided: High King Emeric should now appear when he should.
  • Children of Yokuda: Poison barrels should now spawn on for the step "Foil the Poison Plot."
Shadowfen

  • The Fangs of Sithis: Barvyn should now respawn as intended if he becomes stuck.
Stonefalls

  • Desperate Souls: The boss event now properly resets if the boss gets stuck.
  • Enslaved in Death: Spectral Slaves should now be able to be freed as intended.
  • The Brothers Will Rise: You should no longer get blocked when dying to a summoned atronach.
  • The Brothers Will Rise: Brimstone and Hatewarden should now be able to be spawned after becoming stuck.
The Rift

  • Gift of the Worm: The Graveborn Fleshripper should now respawn as intended if he becomes stuck.
UI
General

  • Added an English textual warning when deleting a character reminding you that items still attached to characters on deletion will be deleted. This includes items granted through pre-ordering, Imperial Editions, and beta rewards.
  • Reduced the number of characters that can be entered into a chat message. This should resolve an issue where some messages were too long to properly view in the chat window.

We're now up to 1.0.5 but here was 1.0.4, it slipped by as it was a small patch just trying to fix the bank issue.
OVERVIEW

The Elder Scrolls Online v1.0.4 features fixes to existing content. This is the second patch this week, and addresses the high priority fix of missing bank slots, stored bank items, and missing skill points. We’re continuing to work hard on other issues, and will let you know when they are fixed.

FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS

Miscellaneous
General
  • Fixed an issue where your characters could lose bank expansions you purchased, including the items in these slots.
    • Note: This will not return any items or slots lost prior to this fix. If your character was affected, please contact Customer Support.
  • Addressed an issue with guild invites that could cause latency with social systems such as guild chat, player-to-player chat, and long loading times.

UI
General
  • Changed the functionality of auto-stacking in guild banks. You will now have to stack items in your inventory before placing them in the guild bank.

  • Will of The Council: The levers used to open the portals can now be interacted with more reliably.
  • The Dangerous Past: Sees-All-Colors will now always perform her theater scene at the end, and take the portal out of the dungeon.
  • Circus of Cheerful Slaughter: Fixed an issue where you would not get credit for killing the Aldmeri soldiers.

Alik'r Desert
  • The Initiation: Kinlady Iniel will now always spawn when you’re on the correct quest step.

Auridon
  • Sever All Ties: The event with High Kinlady Estre will no longer break if you kill her as soon as she spawns.

Bal Foyen
  • Breaking the Tide: Adjusted the event where you need to defend Sergeant Seyne. The event will now be much more tolerant of lots of players in the location, and be less confusing overall.

Bangkorai
  • The Heart of the Beast: The Aspect of Speed will now reliably spawn after getting stuck.

Coldharbour
  • The Final Assault: Gabrielle will now always be willing to talk to you when on the quest step “Find a Path Through the Statue Room.”
  • A Graveyard of Ships: Protecting the first mate event will now properly complete, unblocking the quest.
  • Holes in the World: Mezha no longer ignores you if you enter combat and then exit while being on the step to talk to him.
  • Hall of Judgment: Monsters getting stuck will no longer break the quest step “Defend the Mages.”

Deshaan
  • Cold-Blooded Vengeance: Revised the quest step Burn the Khajiit Boats to improve clarity.
  • Ritual of Anguish: You will now be able to place skulls on the Alter of Anguish to summon Khralek.

Eastmarch
  • Our Poor Town: Ashmalah has been found and will now spawn.

Glenumbra
  • The Nameless Soldier: Faolchu will now always spawn as intended, under all circumstances.

Grahtwood
  • The Blacksap's Hold: Maeroth will now always appear in the prison if you take the other quest from Elden Root.
  • A Lasting Winter: General Endare will now fight fairly and allow you to complete the quest if she kills you.
  • Wanted: Sgolag: Fixed an issue so Sgolag will now spawn as intended.

Greenshade
  • Frighten the Fearsome: The northeastern seed mound will now always appear when you are on the correct quest step.

Malabal Tor
  • Naval Intelligence: Captain Siro and Helvia Livianus will now always spawn, and will no longer break if they get stuck.

Reaper’s March
  • Down the Skeever Hole: The Colovian Commander will now always spawn as intended.
  • Motes in the Moonlight: Shaza will now always be able to interact with the beacons.
  • Motes in the Moonlight: The Dark Mane will now always reset properly if he becomes stuck.
  • The Arbordawn Cult: Daedra will now reliably appear when you are on the quest step "Clear the Temple of Daedra."

Rivenspire
  • Dream-Walk Into Darkness: You will now always get credit for clearing the skeletons.

Shadowfen
  • Catch the Lightning: Gathotar will now always appear at the appropriate location for the quest step "Talk to Gathotar.”
  • Trail of the Skin-Stealer: Ukatesei is now able to be rescued from the Ritual if he becomes stuck.

Stormhaven
  • Fire in the Fields: All fires now count towards quest completion, and should be much easier to extinguish.
  • Known Issue: The water effects are missing when you use the bucket. This will be fixed in a future patch.

The Rift
  • A Valuable Distraction: Darre, Menoit & Justal can now always be drawn and killed.
  • Storming the Hall: Vigrod Wraithbane will now respawn correctly if he becomes stuck.

UI
General
  • Revised the error message in the guild bank that appears when you attempt to drag and drop items to stack them.
 
OVERVIEW
The Elder Scrolls Online v1.0.6 features fixes to more quest issues and blockers, in addition to game stability and performance. We are continuing to improve our fight against bots and gold spammers, and appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • Fixed an issue where new characters of different alliances could get automatically assigned to the same campaign.

  • Veteran Darkshade Caverns: You will no longer receive boss loot from the Hive Lord Scrib adds, and cannot pull the boss without his adds.

Exploration & Itemization

  • If you decide to skip the tutorial, the items granted to you can no longer be deconstructed.
  • Adjusted the time after you loot a delve or overworld boss before you are eligible to receive loot from these types of bosses again.

Mac Client
General
  • Fixed an issue that would cause a gradual memory leak during long play sessions.
  • Fixed an issue where using dual monitors and bumping the edge of the second screen could inadvertently switch you to windowed mode.
  • Fixed an issue where the keyboard language could be set to non Latin on startup.

Miscellaneous

  • You must now reach level 10 before creating a new guild.
  • Fixed an issue with the Mac client that would occasionally cause crashes or performance issues.
  • Fixed an issue that would cause your screen to occasionally freeze and cause unwarranted CPU usage.
  • Fixed an issue that would give the appearance that objects were invisible or missing.
  • Fixed an issue so everyone must pay the COD fee to accept COD items.

  • Honoring the Dishonored: Zariya's spirit will now always appear in the correct location.

  • Harsh Lesson: Fixed an issue where Zaban's body would sometimes not be interactable after the theatre scene.
  • To Dawnbreak: Completing the quest “Through the Ashes” before “To Dawnbreak” no longer results in getting blocked.
  • Breaking the Barrier: The shards will now always appear properly when on the quest step “Use the Runed Talisman on the Wards.”

Bangkorai
  • The Waking Darkness: Fixed an issue that would prevent Preinrha from spawning if she previously got stuck.
  • A City in Black: Fixed an issue that would prevent Strastnoc from respawning after being killed.

Deshaan
  • Search and Rescue: You will now always be able to interact with the egg under all circumstances.
  • The Dungeon Delvers: Increased the number of Dwarven Spiders in the area to accommodate more players.

Glenumbra
  • Season of Harvest: You will now always be able to throw dirt onto the fire.
  • Reclaiming the Elements: Fixed an issue where the portal stone could not be used when looking at certain areas in front of the Wyrd Tree.
  • Vines and Villians: Fixed an issue where the quest would not advance after freeing Marie Orinth.

Grahtwood
  • Heart of the Matter: Killing Ulkaezai and absorbing her spirit will now always correctly advance the quest.
  • Eyes of Azura: You will now always be able to interact with the journal pages.
  • A Lasting Winter: It is now possible to advance the quest if you fight General Endare and die.
  • The Unquiet Dead: Fixed an issue that allowed other players to kill the target before the Bone Scepter animation completed.
  • Blood Hunt: Fixed an issue where the vampire event would not always spawn after interacting with the fountain.
  • Forgotten Soul: The Central Welkynd Stone is now interactable on the quest step “Attune Surrounding Welkynd Stones.”

Guilds
  • The Prismatic Core: Killing the boss while Merric is stunned will no longer break the quest.
  • Proving the Deed: Aelif will now always respawn properly if she gets stuck, or if you die while following her to Ragnthar.
  • Proving the Deed: Updated the pins on your compass that lead you to the boat to take you from Wayrest to Alik’r.
  • Circus of Cheerful Slaughter: Fixed an issue where one of the Aldmeri actors would get stuck and despawn, blocking the quest from advancing.

Khenarthi’s Roost
  • Storm on the Horizon: Razum-dar will now always appear at the proper location.

Reaper’s March
  • Hadran's Fall: Tand will no longer get stuck when being freed.
  • Hadran's Fall: Fixed an issue where the quest could break if you kill Hadren, leave the room, and quickly return.
  • Stonefire Machinations: Fixed an issue if any of the Dar-M’Athra got stuck and the quest would break.
  • Hircine's Gift: Leaving through the portal on the step "Wait for Songamdir to begin the ritual" will now no longer lock you in place.
  • Questionable Contract: Pircalmo will now always spawn inside Treethane Ranneth’s house when on the appropriate step.

Rivenspire
  • The Lightless Remnant: Verandis has been found and will always appear in the proper location at the end of the quest.
  • Foul Deeds in the Deep: Thrug, Larzgug and Osgrikh will now always appear at their proper locations, under all circumstances.
  • Children of Yokuda: The sigil will now always respawn when you leave the area and return with a follower.

Shadowfen
  • Pull the Last Fang: Captain Nahrevii has been found and will now show up at the appropriate location.

Stonefalls
  • Climbing the Spire: Fixed an issue where the summoning bowl would sometimes not spawn correctly.

Stros M’Kai
  • Tip of the Spearhead: Fixed an issue where you could get into a state where you were unable to stun the guard.

The Rift
  • Yngrel the Bloody: Yngrel the Bloody will now reliably spawn under all circumstances.
  • A Walk Above the Clouds: It’s no longer be possible for “Intense Cold” to remain on you outside of the quest area.

  • Fixed an issue with the ability Bat Swarm so it will no longer stack with itself. It will instead refresh if re-cast.

  • Mine All Mine: You can now complete the quest step to "Clear the Harvest Room" when all the monsters in the room are killed.
  • Vision Quest: The Imp will now consistently appear and open the portal.

  • The Prismatic Core: Portals will now consistently appear.

  • Rally Cry: You can interact with Shaza and progress with the quest.
  • Seeking the Guardians: Fixed an issue where the voiceover dialogue was in the incorrect language.

Grahtwood
  • The Blacksap's Hold: Maeroth can now be found where expected.
  • Scars Never Fade: You are now able to duel hunters to advance the quest.

Greenshade
  • Report to Marbruk: You will no longer have issues completing "Striking at the Heart" before "Report to Marbruk."
  • Moonhenge's Tear: The Key of Strife and Key of Discord will now drop when the appropriate enemy is defeated, and all prisoners can now be freed.
  • Witch of Silitar: Fixed an issue where relogging or crashing during Aranias' demonstration would block your progress.
  • Mist and Shadow: You can now find Mel Adrys where expected.

Mages Guild
  • Circus of Cheerful Slaughter: You will now be able to interact with Valaste, and can also find Sheogorath.

  • Fulfilling One's Fate: Guardian Celonron's spirit will now appear when you are directed to kill him.

Reaper’s March
  • Motes in the Moonlight: The Dark Mane will no longer reset in the middle of the fight, blocking quest progression.
  • On the Doorstep: You can now interact with Gnolas and the Crystal.
  • The First Step: You will no longer get stuck on the quest step "Watch the Ceremony."

  • A Traitor's Tale: The King and General will no longer disappear unexpectedly.

  • Clarity: Binding Crystals will now appear when expected.

Chat
  • Fixed an issue that would cause the guild officer chat channel to break. Typing /officer1 will now properly send a message to all officers in your first guild.

Auridon

  • One of the Undaunted: You can now advance past the quest step "Be Initiated.”
Bangkorai

  • To Walk on Far Shores: Septima Tharn will no longer get stuck in the world.
Coldharbour

  • Breaking the Shackle and Army of Meridia: If you have both of these quests, you’re now able to talk to Vanus Galerion to advance both quests correctly.
  • Vanus Unleashed: Vanus Galerion’s projection will now always appear for you.
  • The Army of Meridia: You will no longer become blocked if King Dynar becomes stuck while making his Coldharbour speech.
  • Thorn in Your Side/A Bargain with Shadows/The Will of the Worm: Thallik’s champion will now spawn for all possible quest options.
  • Crossing the Chasm: Molag Grunda will now spawn when you enter her chambers after killing Tiny.
  • Hall of Judgment: You can now progress even if monsters in any of the waves get stuck.
Deshaan

  • Cold-blooded Vengeance: If you’re in a group, you should no longer have difficulties in burning the boats.
  • Plague Bringe: If Captain Diiril becomes stuck and unable to attack or be attacked, he will now respawn at his starting point.
Eastmarch

  • Snow and Flame: Thane Mera Stormcloak will now appear at the proper location.
Grahtwood

  • Eyes of Azura:
    • Irrai will no longer become stuck and inaccessible for you.
    • You can now interact with the letter on the table.
  • Heart of the Matter: You can now advance the quest after Ukaezai is killed and you take her soul.
Greenshade

  • Audience with the Wilderking: If Advisor Norion becomes stuck, he will no longer block quest progress, nor will he prevent anyone else from interacting with the stone pillar.
Mages Guild

  • Chateau of the Ravenous Rodent: There is now just one Valaste in the Mages Guild to interact with on the quest step “Talk to Valaste.”
Main Quest

  • Cadwell’s Silver: You can now always discover your first wayshrine and go to the beginning of your first unlocked alliance.
  • Shadow of Sancre Tor: If Mannimarco gets stuck during this fight, he and the event will now restart.
  • Weight of Three Crowns: The Alliance Leaders will now spawn properly on quest step “ Listen to the Alliance Leaders.”
Malabal Tor

  • Restore the Silvenar: The Bewitchers will no longer run away in the middle of a conversation, which was formerly preventing you from advancing the quest.
Reaper’s March

  • The Moonlit Path: The quest will no longer reset if you get too far ahead of Silvenar and the Green Lady.
  • To Honor the Fallen: Nethrin will now spawn after you visit both dig sites.
Rivenspire

  • Dream-Walk Into Darkness: Killing the skeletons will now advance the quest.
  • Ancient Power: It’s now easier to interact with Miruin’s Journal to begin this quest.
  • The Lightless Remnant: Verandis will now spawn at the end of the quest, allowing you to progress.
The Rift

  • Tomb Beneath the Mountain: If Hakra becomes stuck, the boss scene will reset so you can still advance.
  • Storming the Hall: Fixed an issue that could cause Vigrod Wraithbane to not talk to you on the quest step “Talk to Vigrod Wraithbane.”

OVERVIEW

Welcome to The Elder Scrolls Online v1.1.2. This version contains our first major content update: the Adventure Zone Craglorn, as well as many other fixes and refinements.
You’ll need allies to take on the new challenges—Craglorn’s quests and exploration are designed for groups of four Veteran Rank 10+ characters. (You can enter Craglorn and play the content earlier than Veteran Rank 10.)

We’ve also added our first Trials in Craglorn, 12-player adventures meant to test even the strongest heroes. In Trials, your team will have a limited number of resurrections to use as you attempt to reach the final boss. If you finish the Trial quickly, you might earn a place on the leaderboards and receive extra rewards!

BIG CHANGES / UPDATES / NEW FEATURES

Craglorn
  • An Adventure Zone designed for groups of four Veteran Rank characters to explore, located between Cyrodiil and Skyrim. A new quest available in Mournhold, Wayrest, and Elden Root will lead you to the zone.

Trials
  • Hel Ra Citadel and the Aetherian Archive are open! Groups of 12 players can take on these difficult challenges to earn new loot and a place on the leaderboards. You can use the group finder tool to locate others for your Trial group, but be warned: you’ll need excellent coordination and skill to take on the Trials.
  • Groups begin a Trial with 36 Soul Reservoirs. This counter decreases when a group member resurrects, and a Soul is consumed.
    • The Trial fails if no Soul Reservoirs remain, and no group members are left in the Trial.
    • You can view this to the right of your Ultimate ability, and it only appears when you are on an in-progress Trial. You can control this in the Settings the same way you can control the Action Bar.
  • Trial quests give special rewards the first time they are completed each week.
  • When entering a Trail via means other than a door, you will be sent to the Wayshrine. This includes logging out and logging back in.
    • This will not affect players in the Trial staging area.
  • Combat with any monster in a Trial will block resurrection for group members until combat ends.
  • Known Issue: The teleport pads in Aetherian Archive will sometimes fail to work, preventing your group from completing the Trial.

Trial Leaderboards
  • Trials will trigger a timer that will end when the Trial can no longer continue or is complete. This timer is used for leaderboard scoring.
  • Leaderboards are updated periodically (approximately every five minutes), so they may not be 100% current when viewed.
  • You can see your best times for all Trials via the Trial Leaderboards.
  • You can see the Trial Leaderboard of the top 100 times for each Trial, and the current Trial of the Week.
  • Friends and Guild Members will be notified via the Notification window when you improve your best time in a Trial.

Trial of the Week
  • The Trial of the Week starts and ends at specific times, which will be different for the North American and European megaservers.
    • North American Trial of the Week
      • Starts on Tuesdays at 2:00pm EDT
      • Ends on the following Tuesday at 8:00am EDT
    • European Trial of the Week
      • Starts on Tuesday at 6:00am EDT
      • Ends on the following Tuesday at 12:00am EDT
  • If you are on the Trial Leaderboard, you will be rewarded when the Trial of the Week ends and can expect your item in the mail.
  • A new Trial of the Week is selected at the Trial of the Week start time.
  • The Trial of the Week leaderboard is cleared when the new Trial of the Week begins.

Veteran Rank Updates
  • You can earn up to Veteran Rank 12 as you continue your adventures in Craglorn. Additionally, the veteran XP earned from killing enemies has more than doubled.

Dungeon Chest Changes
  • Chests within instances have undergone two changes:
    • Shared Chests – Each player in the group whose character is within 50 meters of the chest when it is unlocked will get an individual roll on the chest.
    • Reduced Number of Chests – Since each chest yields rewards for all group members, we have reduced the number of chests in instances to two total. Each instance will always have two chests in then, but the location of these two chests will be random within the dungeon.
    • These changes do not affect chests that appear in public spaces, only those within instances.

Death Recap
  • Death Recap has been added to the game. When your character dies, a Death Recap window will now appear. It includes vital information about what contributed to your character’s death, including the most recent damage inflicted on your character and helpful hints to avoid death in the future based on how your character just perished.

Alliance War Changes
  • Celarus, a new two week Campaign, has been introduced in this patch.
    • You may reassign your home campaign to Celarus. However, doing so will forfeit all progress in your current home campaign.
    • Celarus has reduced end of campaign rewards compared to the normal 90 day campaigns.
  • All monsters in Cyrodiil and its caves are now Veteran Rank 5.
  • A new population underdog bonus has been added. When your alliance is outnumbered in a campaign (determined over several days of population samples), it will receive a bonus to potential scoring and alliance points. You’ll see an indication of this bonus in the scoring UI if it is active.
  • The XP awarded for killing enemy player characters has been doubled.
  • XP rewards for completing the quest to kill 20 enemy player characters have also been increased.
