So as a medic main, I thought it would be a nice idea to have the Overhealer return with some actual stats, instead of able to only quickly heal and have no type of ubercharge, So instead, I came up with some stats.
Class: Medic
Slot: Secondary
Weapon Type: Medi Gun
Charge Type: Uber Charge
+ 2x Healing rate (48 hp per second)+
+ 25% Overheal
Overheal Does not decay over time
Uber Charge grants resistance buff around nearby teammates
-50% charge rate
-40% speed on you and heal target upon charge deploy
Cannot regenerate health while active
Cannot receive health from medkits while active
Explosive damage causes overheal effect to decrease by 50%
-20% Overheal rate
