Vapor updater dont works

So with the beta 3 update I was going to use vapor, I downloaded the last version of it and placed in /tf2classic.
But then the problem is that, when I launch TF2C vapor dont updates it, or when I try it via folder, windows 10 says that I dont have access to it, and then vapor.exe dissapears.

Download the newest version of vapor from our downloads page, and run it as an administrator from the correct folder.

Are you running a 64 bit system?

(Sorry for not being very active on the forums)
Uh, this will sound stupid, but I have a 32 bit operative system with a 64 processor.
And I already tried with downloading the last one and running as administrator.
