Hello everyone, as you've probably noticed I've been rather absent from the vault as of late and I feel the least I could do is explain it to you.
Over the past few weeks I've been experiencing a massive influx of course work not to mention a total break down of control over my personal life. I've got classes and events in the morning and afternoon which leaves only the evenings in which to address my course work and my own problems. Unfortunately this is also the only time I've got to practice and play games.
I know some of you also have heavy schedules with work and graduate school but please understand this is the first time I've really had to make any significant changes to my life in order to maintain the grades I'd like. This second semester has gotten a bit of a jump on me in a number of ways.
As for my personal problems I'm not going to go into detail I'm sorry but please know that I'm alright and this will eventually pass. I'm trying to come to terms with some decisions I've made over the past week that very much run counter to my prior self image. It's not anything particularly horrible in the grand scheme of things I'm just working on adapting my self image and it's added another level of stress to my life. I've met someone and she and I have gotten really close but circumstances have made the relationship complicated on a number of levels and I'm not entirely sure how things will end up yet.
I'm sorry I've not been around but I just can't focus on gaming right now and if I'm not practicing I shouldn't be playing on teams that expect a level of commitment I can't promise I'll be able to provide.
I'd like to extend a special apology to Vintage PC who worked so hard to get the Vault 404 server up. I'm sorry I've let you down, I've been unable to follow through on my promise and now I've done exactly as I said I wouldn't and for this I have no excuse. Please talk to cosmo Vintage I don't want to see Vault 404 fail in my absence.
As for the future, I can only hope to say that I'll be back soon. I really miss you guys
But as of right now I have to try and sort things for myself IRL. Hopefully over spring break I'll be able to catch back up with you all.
