[Resolved] missing map

this happens all the time, with all maps. I have to restart the server several times for the map to load, which is very inconvenient

Hmm, okay. If it eventually does work that suggests that the map file itself is okay.
I wonder if this is an issue with the connectivity between yourself and our download server. We can test this - here is a link to a ~50M map file:

Are you able to download it directly without issue or do you experience failed downloads in your browser too? What kind of transfer rate do you get?
Are you able to get a traceroute to our download server?

with the command "tracert fastdl.vaultf4.com" and paste the result here (or send it to me in a PM if you'd prefer not to share the IP addresses publicly)
If you get issues with the direct link too then I think the solution may be to duplicate our download server to our EU systems in the hopes it gives you a more stable data path; it won't be a quick solution but I can certainly do my best to get started on that this weekend.
