Atari is reportedly having problems with its credit facility who is thought to be holding back release of new games.

The parent company of atari who took over in 2008 has seen its shares drop 50% over the past year.

In a statement, Atari confirmed it would "effectuate a sale of all, or substantially all, of (its) assets" including "one of the most widely recognized brand logos, which is familiar to 90 percent of Americans."

I heard rumors...about a RCT4 being in development by Atari, and it seemed very legit , but nothing has been said for quite some time about it. They said they would have a release date and more details after RCT for 3DS was released.
