My Sourcemods was in /common/ by mistake. :/

Extracted to /sourcemods/ Set Source SDK 2013 Base Multiplayer to beta_test All that is done, and it will not appear. Pressing launch on the auto updater software does absolutely nothing but close (pointed to correct folder).
