Mass Effect Trilogy (thoughts And Reviews)

lol Ariman, that made my day.

Suicide mission went well. Scions aside, mission was fun. No one died. Sadly. =( Was hoping there was a "There are millions of enemies, send someone to die and give you more time" option and then I'd send Jack. I hate Jack. Starting ME3 today.
it's good that she survived, though. I hear she has a great story arc in ME3.

I don't hate or like Jacob really. Only used him on my team during his personal mission. He's...boring. =/

Ja
You hate Jack? What about Jacob no one likes Jacob RIGHT?

Jacob? Who's that? Can't seem to remember him... :p

Samara was really cool IMO made biotics look so kewl! Also do not forget the most powerful biotic

Aside from that, yes you will love some of the character chats from ME 3its worth it i you have all the squad members

Started ME3. So far, liking the ability to jump quickly over obstacles. Verrry curious as to what has happened between ME2 and 3. I'm not in the service anymore, Miranda has vanished, everyone has really. Ashley is back though, and looking much better. Although I hate the first game, I will probably be speeding through it again to keep the Council alive and see how that works.

Anyway, game starts off nicely. Very sad watching a kid die though, damn. Would I have been able to save him in the vent at all?

Will play more later. Just got to Mars but people need me on Halo.

Okay detail time then. A little DLC called Arrival happened.
(Arrival DLC Spoilers below)
In this DLC, you infiltrate a place to find a Alliance Specialist. She tells you that by studying a relay they found out that this relay can connect to any other relay. So they dub it "Alpha Relay." Well they believe the reapers to be coming for this Alpha Relay. When They get to the research station Sheapard discovers the research crew has been indoctrinated by some device. As Commander Sheapard gets ready to shut it down, he passes out. 3 days pass, and now only 1 day remains before the expected arrival of the Reapers. In an attempt to slow the reapers down, Sheapard decides to blow up the Alpha Relay, by activating the fusion engines on the research station(which was the original plan) However a Batarian world nearby which should have been evacuated did not get evacuated, because there just wasn't enough time(As when a Relay explodes a supernova class explosion happens destroying the system.) Thus the house arrest back on Earth, as while he was trying to save the galaxy, the Batarians(Being the assholes they are) demanded punishment.

Can't wait to get some squadmates. I hate James. Game is fun so far, curious as to how it all ends now.

To be honest, you don't get nearly as many Squadmates as you do in ME2, but honestly, you don't need that many, you'll get some you enjoy, and some you don't. Now if you don't mind, I'm off to check the Xbox Live Marketplace for the Omega DLC I desire.

Nope. Each provides a little back story, but not much. For ME2, Lair of the Shadowbroker, is the DLC that annoits Liara as the shadow broker. and Arrival is the link between ME2, and ME3. For ME3, Leviathan talks about the birth of the reapers, and Omega, is you just help Aria take back Omega.

Not one must have.

Even the From Ashes one?

Anyway, super glad to see Mordin back. He's always been awesome. Smart guy, talks funny, and isn't afraid to shoot someone dead if needed. =D

Also, a quick thing to note. Very annoyed by every damned person not willing to help. Oh boohoo, the Krogan might rise up again. NEWS FLASH, if we don't get their help we all die anyway. Shit, I'd be willing to get an army of ravage Rachni if it meant winning against Reapers.

Yes. Even the from Ashes one. While it does provide a special weapon, and new ally, it does not have any major effect on the game. And provides a little back story.

Enjoying the series enough, I'm highly considering rebooting my let's play of it. From scratch of course. Gotta figure out what to play as though.

Just dealt with everyone on Tuchanka. Very understandable as to why the bomb was planted. Then the whole Genophage issue. I was considering the idea of keeping the sabotage. I mean, it's reasonable to do so. If we beat the Reapers, we might not have the forces needed if the Krogan attack again.

But...I don't have to deal with that. =D So, Genophage cured. Losing Mordin was difficult.

A question about the Extended Ending, 1.85 gig download, wtf?

In all seriousness, is it good? I remember the huge letdown that everyone said the ending was, so is the extended one great?

It does fill in some questions that existed about the ending. And even makes a few changes to how the endings happened.
