Yes, you heard right. It's something I've been picking away at slowly, and it's quite a big project.
Fragdeals was nice, but some aspects of it (especially managing deals and some of the interface stuff) left a lot to be desired, so it's getting completely redone. from scratch.

It is still a WIP, but I'm slowly fixing up the front-end of it and I'd like to let you take a sneak peek at it so you can see how it's coming and provide feedback when it's easier for me to incorporate ideas during dev than after the fact.

Current TODOs:
-Fix store images
-Actually link to the deal in question

Some of the issues I'm running into is that automatically listed deals don't include expiry dates in the listings we get, nor do they include images unfortunately, and this isn't information I can get easily without a lot of back-end processing... so we may or may not see those added.

Ultimately, deals added manually should have this information.

What is this? Just a sale finder system? Or does the Vault get a cut for directing sales their way?

A bit of both.
We do have an affiliate system with amazon and GMG, links through our listing will give us a portion of the sale. :) That's also the reason I don't have sale links working yet.

The filters seem all screwy. I tried to sort by Price or Discount and it constantly gives random orders. Example, 80% off, then 25% off, then back up to 50% off.

At a glance, the percentage sort appears to sort by "amount of dollars saved off of retail", so something that is normally $2 but is on sale for half off, making it $1, will be underneath something that is 5% off but is $100, which would save you $5.

I can't seem to reproduce this problem. Can you maybe post a screenshot?

Added images for most packages, those that don't tend to be "special" bundles which have no methodically accessible image we can use.

Also linked deals to the actual pages where they can be purchased.
