you need to update your client! go to our downloads page, download Vapor, place it in sourcemods/tf2classic/ and run it. It might take up to or longer than 30 minutes depending on your speed, so make sure your pc stays awake.

If this problem still persists, download Vapor and place it in sourcemods/tf2classic/. Run Vapor, allow it to hash all the files, and press enter when it prompts you to. It'll then download any files you may be missing.

Did you run Source SDK 2013 Multiplayer once?
