Can't find Source SDK Base 2013 Mutiplayer "beta_test" tab?

I'm trying to install this game on a new laptop and I just installed Source SDK Base 2013 Mutiplayer under "tools" in Steam but, I can't find the "beta_test" tab. The only drop down options are: NONE, previous, previous_upcoming, or prerelease.
