Hello.

I installed tf2c a while ago and played on Vaultf4 randomizer US for a night and it was a lot of fun. Since then however, every time I try to join a vaultf4 server, not just the randomizer server, it gets stuck on sending client info, and stops responding. Any other server I can join, which makes me think i'm banned? is this a known issue? any help would be awesome. Thanks fellas.

You do not appear to be from what I can see. A ban would disconnect you and give you an explicit message stating such.

Someone else reported the same issue here:

and we were unable to find a cause at the time. I know it is normal for the game to freeze for a bit at this stage, (especially on servers with sv_pure on) so if you haven't tried just letting it do its thing for 2-3 minutes I'd try that first.

Also note that if you're trying to connect to custom maps servers, the game sometimes shows this message when it is actually still busy downloading and unpacking the custom map content - in that case be sure to give it even more time before deeming it frozen.

You might've joined a fake malicious server that bricks your game and makes you unable to join any server which has been a big issue lately, the solution to this is to empty your game's downloads folder. Let us know if that works or if it doesn't!
I recommend joining VaultF4 servers from the official server tab in the main menu only, but if you're looking to join community server and don't want to accidentally join a malicious one again then I advise using the Verified Servers list, which includes official servers, verified community servers and a blacklist file of bad servers if needed.
