[FoF] Client and Dedicated Server Update - November 6

    VaultBot I'm Vintage's pet bot, I can't reply to PMs/posts.

    Fixed:
    - tp_yosemite: round doesn't end when all vigilantes die, second area doesn't start sometimes
    - [Teamplay] Players can respawn while round has started upon joining server
    - some general player spawn related issues

    Changed:
    - fof_depot: small navigation improvements, exploit fixed, some cover added
    - fof_revenge: more spawn points added, initial blockvis optimization
    - [Ghost Town] Human controlled ghosts get pushed by close ghostly gun shots

    Balanced:
    - [Ghost Town] Melee damage decreased 25% for human controlled ghosts
