[Resolved] Contesting my feed the vault server ban

Yes i know i have been told you wont change but it wont stop me from speaking up

So as quite a few already know i have been banned from the ftv server for supposedly stealing and making threats.

Now let me clarify it

1. I was first accused of stealing silverwood saplings out of people's chests(i was never told who's or how many just that i did so with no proof)
2. I was accused later on about making threats of using the portal gun to suck a certain person to the moon and his/her stuff unless i was allowed to live at their place(The person never came onto ts when he/she was asked to as suddenly he/she could not attend so again no proof what so ever)

Now let me go into some details on both points

1. I spend over 6 hours exploring(Spago and netpants and its my cookie can vouch on this as do the server logs of that day) going as far out as 3000+ to find silverwood trees and only getting 6 saplings in total(4 on my last run that lasted 3 hours) those 6 saplings managed to get me halfway to my goal before they where all gone
Now at no time what so ever did i go into anyone's chest and stole their saplings but i was accused of having stolen them due to the forum post i made where i said i was willing to trade any raw material that they would like for those saplings.

2. The most ridiculous one of all id say but a day after i was told i was stealing saplings i also got accused of making a threat to someone about using the portal gun to suck them and their stuff to the moon unless i was allowed to move into their place
Now lets see i live with zirkus(or did anyway since im banned and all) and we have a factory that processes all mined resources from automated mining turtles that run until a server restart(would have changed them to quarry's sooner or later) that give us all the bars and dusts we would ever need
We have a mob farm which means infinite gold and exp and coal
Its on a location that i have been looking for in singleplayer for a long time
If i was to make such a threat then that would create friction with the person id move into(And keep in mind he/she could steal what ever they wanted from me and i could not do anything about it plus id have to give everything i have up at my current place)
Now say i made that threat and they said no id go and suck their place to the moon and what then? they go and report me and bam i am banned and i did not gain anything out of it what so ever
On the 3rd day after being told about this suddenly the story changes how now i apparently told that person through teamspeak(as they could not come up with any proof what so ever of me doing so)
I was also told that the person who accused me was someone who the banning admin was 90% sure of would not lie so it was their word against mine with no proof what so ever yet even tho the banning admin knows i would never do something like that and others have told the admin that i am not that kind of a person to do so it was still used to keep me banned

So without any proof given by anyone i was banned on the spot(Gotta love guilty until proven innocent its a nice rule to live id say >.> ) and without any proof i am to stay banned forever.
In the mean time the story has changed several times on both points

Yes i know i play the most when no one is on because lets face it i live in New Zealand so my day is most of you people's your night/evening yet i was told that because of where i live its really convenient for me to do both of those things and attempt to get away with it as no one would be around to do anything about it.

Now im sure i will be given a lot of crap for this post heck i wont be surprised to wake up and find myself banned from the forums and ts and tf2 servers with the way im being treated around here lately but really lets face it if that is the way things are meant to be then so be it.

I know that i have not done those 2 things that i am accused off and i have told everyone who has asked me it every time with a clear conscious that i never did those 2 things yet my word means nothing it seems.


What is interesting to note is that for what ever reason the days before me being banned people started to become rather cold towards me and i still do not know why im guessing its me pointing out silly mistakes when people think that a mod disabled something or anything but it infact was just user error guess no one can take it that i just know a mod better then they do :/

But i just wonder if i was a random person and i was banned on the tf2 servers by an admin and that admin gave no proof besides his word and active people who are known to the community said that that person had not done so then that person would have been unbanned and that is something that has been done all the way back to fug yet clearly this time around thats not the case as i was banned with no real proof given except people saying things but not giving any proof and i am to be kept banned.

So i wonder is this really how vaultf4 operates now days? With even worse behavior towards banning then we had at ffn? as i have seen some stupid bans there but never a ban without proof and those that where banned without proof where reverted :/

And with that i will leave this post here and hope that it will be seen by people and not just silently killed off as if so il gladly repost it until someone is willing to actually look into it.

 

I was banned first for that then lava told me to take out that mod and never used it again so i did and played on then i got banned and was told by lava "You might have seen that you cant access the mc server anymore its because of this" and she gave me the first reason then a few days later(as i said in my original post) the 2nd reason came along.

Those are the 2 reasons i was given for the ban that i currently have as for it coming from an admin i would still love to know who i made that threat to as i sure as hell can not figure out who it was that i have ever said anything like that to what so ever.

And yes bring out the server logs show that it says "Thijs moved invalidly" and i will show you ingame that anyone with a 200+ ping with boots of the traveler will get that often when walking through ungenerated terrain that does not mean that i am hacking it just means that because the boots give an increase in movement speed i get warped back due to the server thinking i am somewhere else then the client.

 

Oh i know that there is a command you type that makes you go invisible and just because i know the exact error that the mod could generate or even a person with high ping walking around with the movement speed enchant or jet pack or anything could make does not mean that im more guilty of using it it means that i know about it after all i did run a server for me and a bunch of friends for months on end so i know about that one but oh well

You want to know why i did not do so? as after i was told to not use that mod i stopped using it that simple and then later on i was banned again and those are the 2 reasons i was given but now suddenly the story changes and suddenly i have been caught "hacking" twice to me it more over seems like someone is trying hard to keep me away over anything else but hey keep changing the story :/

Also as i said lava you claim i was threatening someone else yet that someone else never gave any proof but his word but hey i know my word means nothing here it never did but i figured that it might have atleast a tiny bit enough so to actually get that person to be honest but oh well i guess who ever he was he gets what he wants :/

And now its potential stealing you where first dead set sure that i did it because of the post i made on the forums and because i was out exploring i just wonder next time that someone needs something badly and they do the same and someone directly reports them for stealing exactly that do they get banned to on the spot the moment you find out? or do the ones who accuse that person of stealing have to give proof first?

Now i wonder when did i never lie to you lava? as clearly you think i did yet i dont know when i did as i dont know what i lied about but as i said earlier on in my post my word means nothing around here it seems just as always and i dont care if you think that im trying to make it seem like im oh so sad or anything im just stating the truth in the way i see it and if you think that im trying to get sympathy from people you are wrong i just figured id say that.
