Corrupt Archive

I've downloaded the most recent version of TF2C twice, but each time I open it it says that the file is corrupt and there is nothing there. I can't repair it woth winRAR since it's not a .rar file, and I simply don't know what to do. I'm downloading an older version of the beta now to see if I get different results, but I probably won't, and if anyone could help that'd be great. Thanks again

I downloaded it, but I don't see what an auto-updater could do for it.

I have since factory reset my computer (for a completely different problem) and it now works. No need to answer anymore.
