He has been continually active in voice as well. Constantly insulting other players and being offensive. (I sadly didn't record any of that)
I called an Admin because there were multiple people at the time doing the same thing. But he was the main offender, so I picked him out for the Report, since no Admin responded.
Edit: ultr4nima responded and kicked 3-4 people. Sadly, can't ban them. Just noting it down here so maybe the admin handling this report can ask ultr4nima what was going on and who else was being naughty.
