Game crashes after into video to desktop

"Could not load library client, Try restarting. If that doesn't work, verify the cache."
Both of which I have done.
After the game crashes, tf2c will also insist I update SDK Source Base 2013 if I try to launch it again.

Any clue what's going wrong?

Make sure you right click sdk 2013 multiplayer then properties then betas and chose upcoming
