I'm having an issue with a hanging process that keeps preventing my computer from shutting down. I have to physically turn off the power supply currently. Its Blizzards updater agent and nothing I do ends the process. So far I've tried task manger, end process and end process tree. I've gone into the Command prompt found it under the tasklist and used TASKKILL /f /IM (taskname.exe) I've looked up the PID and done TASKKILL /f /PID #. The command prompt returns with "Their is no running instance of this task" for both. Any help would be appreciated.

Get rid of all things Blizzard?

    Sorry, I had to <3

For realsies though, it is set to auto-update? Last time I had something set to auto-update, it acted in the same manner.
