    Sometimes eyes are bugged and wont appear

    Please say how they are bugged? are they missing textures or are there no eye models at all?

    No eyes.I can see the white parts of their eyes

    I've had the same problem, it seems every character when dead has blank white eyes. I thought it was kind of funny/intentional though. :p
