These are pretty cool! I don't see how lulu will spin around with that hat though. If lulu can't spin on her hat I don't know if I want to play her anymore.

Eh, nicely drawn to a point but I don't like 'em.
They all look the same and all are for female characters. This seems more of a re-branding of a style of apocalyptic-steampunk the artist drew a few characters in, and less like the hextech skins usually look. All these pics have the same design elements and palettes but applied to different shapes, none of which seem suited for these particular characters or the hextech theme.
