I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess you are exactly who I think you were. In that case, no, you were banned for advertising cheats and on strong suspicion of cheating. Then you were IP banned for using 5 alt accounts to attempt to evade the ban. Door's over there, don't let it hit you in the ass on the way out.
