[Resolved] Mistaken ban from TF2C

Reason for Ban: inappropriate spray
Additional Comments: I had changed my in-game spray to a funny amogus meme spray (gamebanana.com/sprays/77692) while already in game, but I already had a pornographic image of Ralsei, (e6 post 2396961) and it was claimed to be loli, which the tags clearly claim that it is not loli.
This is a case of sprays not updating and spraying the wrong image.

I have reviewed the situation and reached a decision that I think is reasonable.

There is some debate surrounding the age of the character in question for the initial spray. so while the spray may not explicitly be loli, we are still beholden to the laws of the countries where our servers are located and pornographic images of characters that are or could be considered to be underage are a legal area we very much prefer not to have an involvement in.

Given that I cannot find any explicit documentation one way or the other as to the age of the character in the game, I am not going to issue a verdict on that at this time, apart from encouraging you to double check your sprays in the future before joining our servers.

That said, I can understand and accept your explanation of what happened and that it was not intentional to use this spray in our servers. I am willing to commute the ban to "time served" on the following conditions:

• This is your "official warning". You have now been considered to have been inexcusably made aware of the server rules, and there is no excuse for future transgressions.
• Your ban will remain on record for reference should any future infractions occur.
• If you have any questions or need clarification on any of our server rules, *now* is the time to ask - so I would encourage you to review them if you have not already.

Please respond and let me know you have read and understood the above. Once you do so I will lift the ban.
