Sim City and Bitter Sweet Symphony

Hey, haven't posted here nor at FFN since... well FFN. Got a question for you guys though - somehow I've associated SimCity and "Bitter Sweet Symphony" in my head and could have sworn that BSS is, at least in some instrumental form, played as background music in SimCity - probably 3000 or 4. Any ideas how the wires got crossed or if the song is actually in there?
