Bug: MIRV bomblets deal 2 times more self-damage than intended

I made those plugins a few month ago, published them via TF2C Discord in July - and warned VF4 admin a few times there.

Though I still can join VF4 server and see than I deal x2 damage from SMG, insta-blow myself up with single dynamite bomblet and can't detonate stickies while holding grenade launcher in the hands.

Since I decided to sign up here anyways, I publish those here as well. Those are slightly updated versions compared to July.

I see the head admin is active here, so I can finally know whether the plugins were actually declined (in which case, what was the reason?) or it's just a particular admin who I warned decided not to transfer the information to the operator.

Thanks for the info. I'll have a look at these over the weekend.

I don't think I have seen these before so they may have gotten lost in the shuffle, but it's also possible the request went through one of the devs before it would have been passed on to me; For certain gameplay affecting aspects we do tend to defer to them with regards to how they'd like the experience on the official servers to feel.

But if the requisite folks are all okay with it then on first glance I don't see any issue with adding them as an option.

Thanks, my weekend was pretty hectic but I finally sat down and scheduled a rollout of these plugins.
