Ubisoft fighting Trademark abandonment trolls for Watchdogs

So the Watchdogs trademark was supposedly abandoned on the first, but Ubisoft had no knowledge of it and is now going through legal process in order to recover the trademark. Apparently someone was clever enough to forge their CEO's signature for the original motion to abandon the trademark, so the only thing holding this issue from resolution at the Patent's office is a signed document stating the original abandonment was a fraud.
