Hunting Revolver Bodyshot DMG

Was playing EU Payload 24/7 and noticed that the hunting revolver's bodyshot damage values were incorrect.
On other (non-VF4) servers the minimum was 40 DMG, but I was hitting for 21 DMG on this server.
Not sure if other VF4 servers are affected.

Some issues with the EU servers were brought to my attention by the staff this morning that could explain this; I will be taking them offline this evening to do the required maintenance. It is possible that will resolve the issue, especially if you do not see the same thing on our US/AU servers right now
