Maintenance (Mostly) Complete!

The initial round of maintenance is complete and the forums have been re-opened. You'll no doubt notice there is a new appearance until we (well, I) get around to making a fresh new theme/style.

You'll also probably notice that some of the usual panels and convenience links are no longer available. (For example, map ratings, staff directory, SB, HLStats, etc).
These are in the process of being adapted and should start reappearing over the next few days as the code is cleaned up and reworked.

Thanks for your patience - it's a big lift but feels good to be cleaning up

Quick update - I believe most things are now back to business as usual - I've ported the following items:
- "Menu of Everything" - Staff directory, Map Ratings, etc
- Server List
- Steam Widget
- Shoutbox mods (Dice mod - /roll [x]d[y] and /autoreply)
- Also (re) implemented - new posts in shoutbox.
