Need Some Visual Basic Help

Alright... I've been working on my final project, which we only found out after we turned it in the turn/attack key presses do not work... I don't know why at this point, and it's rather pissing me off.

Alright... I should mention that me and my partner chose to create a 2 player game. anyhow...

damn not being able to edit. Anyhow I just cleared up the code some, and made some changes to the interface. But still having the same issue. I can't tell if it's not recognizing keys not getting pressed of if the if statements are screwed up
