Reason for Ban: first of all the reason, i dont really know why i got banned
but i think i got banned because i asked admin to ban my friend (its obv a troll) and he banned me for 2 days after the ban is over, i joined the server with my account and the same admin banned me again and the reason this time is (ban evasion)
why ban evasion ?? and i didnt know you can perm ban me for joining with an alt, i literally didnt know, and i joined with my alt account (Zoldyck) just to talk with him, with the guy who banned me, i just wanted to ask him why you banned me, i didnt want to play or evading the ban, so plz unban me, because it's all a misunderstanding.

We are explicitly clear on our policies regarding the use of alternate accounts to circumvent bans, and we outline this in our server rules that are available both in our in-game MOTD and on our website:

Any form of evasion from an admin action will result in a ban from our servers. The length of the ban will depend on the severity of the evasion. This includes the use of alternate accounts to evade punishments. Evasion bans are NOT eligible for appeal and must be served in full, regardless of whether the original ban was justified. You are expected to be mature and file an appeal if you disagree with staff actions; doing otherwise will probably hinder your chances of a successful appeal.

From what we can see, you were given a temporary 1 day ban for making a nuisance of yourself (where you thought it'd be funny to try to get one of your friends banned by claiming they were a paedophile). 20 minutes later, you came back with an alternate account and were banned again, and at that point you were subject to our ban evasion rules. You tried again a third time 20 more minutes later.

Due to a clerical error on our part, only the alt was upgraded to permanent and the original was left at 1 day. This was corrected as soon as we found out.

You then created multiple new alternate accounts in further attempts to evade the ban, while gloating about it. That signifies it goes beyond a simple misunderstanding, it's deliberate intent.

If that wasn't bad enough, your alt accounts also broke a number of other server rules prohibiting nazi-related content/themes,(perma-ban worthy in itself, due to German laws on this and our EU servers being in Germany) general toxicity, being disrespectful towards other players, and ended with you getting yourself banned form the TF2C discord because you kept pinging one of our staff and complaining how you were "banned for no reason" rather than wait for your appeal to be resolved.

We don't accept ignorance of our rules as an excuse for gross and repeated violations of them. At this point in time our staff have had enough of your antics and you are no longer welcome in our servers.

i just joined with alts because i thought you will never unban me, i didnt know there is something called ban evasion im not even lying
so can i have another chance.

Ignorance of our rules is not an excuse for breaking them, and even if I ignore our stance on ban evasions, the fact you broke several other rules with multiple alts after your initial ban means you would still be looking at a third-infraction level (permanent) ban from our servers.

It's unfortunate you had to learn about them the hard way, but maybe next time you'll read a community's server rules before you play in their servers.
