Why Qtracker For Server Links?

    Hey guys,

    Why are server links using the qtracker protocol? It's a $20 app - though there is a free version (not sure how neutered it is).
    Is there another way to launch Steam games?! Especially if they're direct links to servers?

    Just a thought.

    ... which server links are you referring to?

    I believe he means under "Tools" on the right-hand menu, then "Server List". I ran into that issue as well yesterday. Didn't realize we had to have QTracker.
