Hello, not sure if this is the right place for ban appeals, but I tried to join the EU Standard server for TF2C (ip address 135.125.153.150:27015) and got instantly banned upon connecting. Trying to reconnect results in failed after 4 retries.

Is there any way I can know what I was banned for, and can this ban please be rescinded?

Hmm... we have no record of a ban for either your IP or steam account. I had a look at the logs and it looks like the issue is Steam related:
